Well, I had a hard weekend and had fleeting thoughts of drinking.....however, I decided to ask for help, from my sponsor who grounded me, and from my husband who could pray for me as well as lend a hand in my overwhelming thoughts and it worked, he helped me, the thoughts passed. I was still a lil mad that night, but the next day relieved....

I did eat a bit off my food plan today, but that is all good cuz I am sober another 24 hrs, almost have 6 months...now to keep using the tools!

Just thought I would share cuz I haven't been on the board much lately.
