I am going to a 4th step workshop the weekend of June 1. I went last year, and it was very cathartic... and I felt great after. But the three days there were hard work!
I admire YOUR hard work.

I'm so proud of you Barb!
I just celebrated my Sobriety Birthday on the first of this month and started a Step Study again. (That was a birthday gift to myself.) I just love it, especially when we get to Step Four. (We are still on Step One right now, but that's okay too.) I always found relief in that Step like you described.
Oh, and working around Kindergarteners, I do recognize that dance!

I'm at work and people keep coming up to me with these 'problems' ...
and I can't stop laughing ... it's contagious!
they walk away either smiling or outright laughing too ...
