My meeting attendance is pretty variable now so I didn't vote. Last week I think I went to 5 meetings and this week so far after three days my meeting count is zero. Last year in my early recovery I did do 90 meetings in 90 days. Actually it was 96 meetings in 90 days but who's counting?
One thing I still do every day. I call my sponsor. It was his only requirement when I asked him to be my sponsor. After several months I found out that I was his only sponsee who actually did call him every day and still does after a year of sponsorship. We drunks are not a reliable lot you know.

I just started going to meetings regularly 3 weeks ago at exactly 6 months sober. Now I attend 1-2 meetings per week. I can see myself going to 3 maybe but not more. I enjoy them but find them emotionally exhausting. Especially the bigger ones. I always come home with a headache and feeling drained.
It's changed over time as my life's responsibilities, etc has changed (graced with 30.5 years). Like others, I went often when new. I drank every day and drank even more on the weekends so it made sense to me to go nightly M-F and at least three times Sa/Su.
Three a week is the norm for me: Presently it's two OA and one AA. I see that changing when my husband retires soon and it'll change again in 2.5 yrs when I retire. I hope to add another AA meeting when my schedule changes.
At this time in my life, honestly, I'd rather spend an hour with a sponsee than to add another meeting.

For most of the year I go to one meeting on Saturday
My schedule is such I can't make meetings during the week.
When I have time off I usually go to three or four meetings a week.
I've always been one who enjoys going

First 6 weeks every day Monday through Thursday, 2 on Friday. At least 2 on Saturday and Sunday.
Then I lost my driver's license for 2 1/2 years. An old timer was gracious enough to drive me around to meetings at least 3 or 4 times a week. But he always made me call him and ask for a ride, at the time I hated that. But I understand it now.
I honestly don't remember the last meeting I went to and that isn't good. It is showing in how I see things. I need to change that.
Actually this place is becoming my meetings.

Nice to see this here! I mostly read and post in my 'month' group, from when I first started (this time) and I think I'm the only one who goes to AA on that group. Leaves me feeling sort of different, so it was a real joy to find there are a bunch of AA's here! 97 days today! I try hard to make five a week, but the past couple weeks have been super rough and I've missed the mark. Working late and visiting my son who is in terrible trouble and in jail! Now is the time I need the meetings the most, and I know that, but have to just do my best. And know God will do the rest.
