Welcome, Newmi. This site is a great source of support and help. I would recommend speaking to your physician about your intake. If you drink a lot, stopping without medical help could be dangerous. Peace.

You are never alone here! Having SR has been such a blessing. I am 2 Days sober and read and post to get me back on track. I have had enough of the mess I make bindge drinking. It's time to start living healthy before I ruin my life. I have wasted too much time and money on feeding my addiction. This is a new day and time to change for the better.
