Shays Mum

Sorry friends, I've been off this for a bit but Meetings, meetings, meetings and a gorgeous 6 year old son has kept me busy ( plus sometimes I have to wrangle the iPad from him........ Angry Birds Star Wars and Minecraft have a lot to answer for grrr ) anyways, I'm now doing service work at my home group in North Richmond, Melbourne ( secretary ) which keeps me accountable and I'm really into the program. To Anyone new........ AA works. I tried every conceivable other way but to no avail. There seems to be no power greater than one alcoholic talking to another. We get it when others don't ( try as they might ) but they just can never REALLY get it. When I'm in the rooms, I fit in, a concept foreign to me from a very young age. Just keep keeping on friends, one day at a time xxx

I tried a lot of different things and spent a lot of money trying to fine a way to quit. Then I discovered AA and for a buck and bad coffee I found the solution
