congratulations and all on 10 weeks sober. well done for your effort and sticking with it.

I should be on day 77 but caved in to family pressure at the weekend and drank again. Im now on day four and struggling with the same issues + the added extra of the alcohol withdrawal feeling.

Whatever worked for you in the beginning try and re visit it,

i let complacency in and now i'm paying the price.

well done on 10 weeks.

The carboot is the trunk , carboot sale is basically selling stuff out of it with about 100 more cars in a field doing the same thing

Congrats on 11 weeks yesterday.

And congrats to me for 11 weeks today!!

SR is still my biggest strength, this marvelous group of people...

Keep going... Never falter...Stay strong.. and remember to take it easy now and then.. Nothing, and I mean nothing is worth reaching for the poison.
