Hey everyone I'm still here and still sober. I'm a bit stressed and feeling down, the sales lady who I made good friends with at work quit due to working every weekend. I know exactly how she feels as I work every weekend and every public holiday without overtime. I won't quit cause I do like my job even though that has an impact and I didn't work for so so long cause of my bulimia. It's great to have something to do and days off to look forward to. I feel like I have to get 5 years up on my resume so I can go have kids then get a decent job cause of my resume. Centre link sucks! It's the tiny amount the government pays non workers to hardly survive unless scamming the system. Mum & I had a really good day today although I guess I'm feeling a little insecure as I'm seeing a friend who was the hottest most popular girl back in high school. I've got my nails and toes done, hair and tan and a really nice dress. I just want them to see me as looking great not kahlia mustn't be bulimic she's fat etc... Bitches lol... Was a little envious of mum having a glass of wine with dinner but I just put it down to the fact it was a false craving because my mind is trained into thinking wine is nice with dinner .

Lumpy u make me smile :-) I'm so nervous about my boys op just want to skip ahead 3 months.
Petals stuff him I'll show him grumpy lol. Of course were grumpy when the men in our lives are constantly drinking around us making us feel crappy. Holidays are one of my biggest fears as not drinking on holidays is foreign for me so good on you

I'm so so sorry to hear about your cancer that's tough good on u for staying strong.

Hun uve had a lot smack u in the face keep peddling through and ace the job interview.

Deep sea fishing... Can I come lol

Everyone else thinking of u all, good to have u back d and fixy keep on bouncing.

**** it's 12.45am and I have to get up at 7 ni night xxxx

You have the same condition the rest of us have Mr F.

I dunno why you drank again either but for now, stick with the basics. Stop.

Try and make this a dry weekend...call in all the resources you have Fix.
You can do this.

Fixy forgive yourself and move on. Please don't stress about it. what made you decide to drink? its important to know why so you can avoid it next time! read that book it has a hypnotising technique and will really help you

That's the key I think. You have to learn your lessons - then draw a line and move on.

You've faced so many personal demons in such a short time and I know you're worried sick about Buster Be gentle with yourself - and drop that smile if you need to. Smiling is overrated and if you smile ALL the time people will think you're a little unhinged!

Why beat yourself up Mr F? You can't go back and re-do the last 12 months - but you can make the next 12 months very different tho

take it easy - get lots of rest, drink lots of water, eat something if you haven't and throw whatever booze you still have away.

Good morning all. I hope everyone is ok?

Day 22 of no bingeing today. Yay, me! I had a very vivid dream about bingeing last night which really brought home to me how much I'm changing. I can't thank you enough for helping me with this, especially kahlia who has been so generous with her experience and Midnight who is walking a similar path

I hope you're feeling kinder to yourself today, Fixy. It hasn't been a year of failings and disappointments - it's been a year of active recovery with some fantastic milestones achieved and a HUGE amount of learning

Have a great Sunday everyone xxx
