Morning Gratitude ~ Part 72
- Grateful for a new day... really I am.
- Grateful to be sober and able to use coping skills to get through any difficult day that presents itself.
- Grateful for the beautiful garden, yard, family and to have everything in my house and life.
- Grateful that all I have is massive allergy problems and more than likely it will pass with the changing seasons. It could be substantially worse.

Grateful for all of the hard work and sweat the last few days trimming and tidying up my yard. These things have been on my to do list for weeks! (Still not done)
Grateful to have a day planned of checking things off my to do list.
Grateful for peaceful, sober nights eating a healthy dinner and binging a bit on Netflix
Grateful for my kids
Grateful for my health
Grateful for my home
Grateful for my dog

I am grateful for the secrets of the skies... the wind, the sun, the clouds, the rain, the thunder and lightning, the storms, the inky black nights and twinkly stars, the moon, the northern lights...
I am grateful for my humble home with my precious kids in it..
Grateful to go to bed sober, wake up sober, walk and drive and live through the day sober...
Grateful to know now, I am never alone.
Grateful for sleep... especially naps, hehe
Grateful for SR and all the support I have.

Evening gratitude in my part of the world ;)
Thank you God for:
a beautiful, sunny day,
the companionship of my pets
the support and understanding of my partner
a fantastic AA meeting where I could share my woes as well as my praise
and
Sobriety, sweet Sobriety!

Hi Seska, welcome to the gratitude thread.
Grateful each morning I wake up early and sober.
Grateful for the occasional slip into the fear I once lived; it reminds me where I don't need to go.
Grateful this mind can exercise new attitudes thanks to a sober, recovering community, time, and a spiritual path.
