I am grateful that I have the energy and will to stop by the gas station and gas up my car on my way home from work. While drinking, even small, mundane tasks like that seemed insurmountable. That and I'd neglect my tasks so that I could get home sooner to drink. Glad those days are over!

I'm grateful for the quiet time I had to enjoy a cup of coffee with the Lord this morning.
