Very grateful to be sitting in my living room listening to Moondog, eating breakfast and drinking coffee, with time to chill before I start work. It wasn't that long ago I went to my job on Sunday straight from an all night binge. Makes me shudder now.

Grateful for this thread - some wonderful posts in the last 24 hours. I love the positive attitudes, and getting small glimpses into other people's lives.
