Grateful to have slept in this morning in preparation for a 12hr shift tonight.

Grateful to have spent the day with my RAD yesterday: visited the animal shelter, went to the cemetery where her Dad's ashes are kept, Know these things are helping her in her journey to recovery.

Grateful my tenants are looking after my bsm't suite when I went down there to take care of something in the furnace room. Very nervous renting it out for the 1st time, set my mind at ease seeing the place was well looked after!

I have insomnia issues.
