I'm grateful for my 27th day sober. I'm grateful for the freedom that sobriety has given me to do what I want with my Sunday instead of drinking it away like I did in the past.

So for your loss Pondland... sending hugs.

Grateful to know that my upset stomach is just that and not from drinking.
Grateful to be able to work through any tough days using learned coping skills.
Grateful for leftover candy canes... needed something sweet today.
Grateful to be heading to the couch early tonight to relax, read and watch some TV.
Grateful for all of you.

Grateful that Jack eats his new dog food.

Grateful to feed the dogs their supper and watch them eat it all up.
