Grateful I got the results from my physical and everything is OK except my cholesterol. I can work on that :D

Grateful for enjoying my 12th day sober, drinking a tasty mug of decaf and reading SR, going to bed soon... instead of blacked out and puking.

Grateful my traps are sore from barbell shrugs! But it's a good sore!

Grateful to be sober on a Saturday night and so grateful to do sweaty yoga tomorrow. So long toxic body!

Grateful for a clean house, clean bed linen and my iPad lol!!!

Grateful for the peace and quiet before my grandchildren wake up and demand pancakes.

Grateful for tonight's healthy but yummy dinner
