They got carrots in it tonight.

I should get them more sweet potatoes. They love those.

Great idea!

Grateful for sprinkling black pepper in my glass of low sodium V8 and drinking it this morning on the way to work!

Grateful that my body is broken from cleaning the house today - even got the fridge and freezer clean.
Grateful for my daughters help today.
Grateful for the healthy soup I made today while cleaning.
Grateful for lemon water - lots of it.
