Grateful I'll be spending time together with both of my children today as we made plans to go out for lunch. Hard with our schedules to get together as often as I'd like.

Grateful I was able to go for a long walk yesterday afternoon in my neighborhood. Felt so good to be outside again enjoying the fresh air!

Grateful for my slip-on spikes I have to navigate the icy patches I encountered on my walk.
