Grateful for the swaying willow trees & quaking aspens in this high wind we are having.
Grateful to be watching the trees & sky from my Yoga mat.
Grateful for the Robin next to my window & watching his feathers blow in the wind.
Grateful for the help I gave to a fellow Yogi who's back went out in Yoga class today.
Grateful for the Hugs I got today.
Grateful for the nice Hot shower I just had, after doing chores.
Grateful for the meal I'm warming up in the Micro.

Grateful to have the weekend off of work and just chill, get things done, meetings, catching up on sleep!
Grateful to know I'm better off being a 5 day man at work, and not a 6 day man, for it's better for my sobriety and I have more time to de-stress!
Grateful to curl up with my laptop and not worrying about a single thing!

- Grateful for my bath tub and running hot water.
- Grateful for the great food I am able to buy and cook.

Grateful for the cable guy who just happened to be in my neighborhood today and offered to come in and fix my internet.
Grateful for the beautiful weather again today so my husband and I could go for a nice long walk and order my new iPad.
