In the times of greatest stress...
In the times of my greatest stress and frustration,
I find myself snapping back to reality. I live a turly blessed life, no it is not perfect. I struggle on a daily basis with many things.
I am blessed with a great wife, wonderful kids, and good friends. Finances are a little tough at times but I have the money to pay everything. When I complain about working so much I realize my job is another blessing.
As I stood in line at the store the other day, I looked down and saw a in of rocks. One has the word GRATITUDE on it in gold leaf. It was an a ha moment. God's message put right there.

Nice post. I work in a funky old building covered with Virginia creeper and painted up with some interesting murals. One mural features the word "gratitude" arching in 3 foot high letters 15 feet above the entrance to my shop. This potent daily reminder has taken on new significance to me of late
