Grateful to join LA Fitness today and then getting a weight workout in and then relaxing in the hot tub followed by swimming some laps in the pool.

I feel working out can be a huge natural stress reducer and can make a big difference in a person's recovery.

Grateful for real maple syrup.

Grateful I don't have anything about which to feel guilty or ashamed.

Grateful I've helped my kitty stay alive for two years so far since her diagnosis of CKD. May she have more years to come

1. Grateful for Uncle holmes making me laugh with the cat video.
2. Grateful we have snow and not ice.
3. Grateful we don't have to be out on the roads.
4. Grateful for another Saturday night sober and not feeling the need to drink.

I am sure you have this in mind uncle holmes, no?

Tonight I'm grateful to be 15 days sober. I'm grateful for my beautiful and healthy 5 year old daughter. I'm grateful that I have a loving and supporting husband that works extremely hard everyday to provide a lovely home and a great life for us. I'm grateful for our supportive family and great friends. I'm grateful for my health as well as my families health. I'm thankful that I'm alive today because if I kept on the path I was on my drinking surely would have put me in an early grave. I'm thankful for all of you as well. Thank you everyone!

Grateful for fried cornmeal mush and eggs over easy for breakfast. No, really! I'm pretty sure the grandkids are grateful I made them waffles instead

Exactly!

I'm also grateful for the literature guy at AA who gave me a useful book.

I'm grateful for the guy I met tonight and might be my sponsoring me

I'm grateful that today was calm and not the almighty hurricane of despair and pain that yesterday was!!!

I'm grateful that I'm laughing - properly laughing - at stuff these days

Grateful for SR and AA

Yeah, Simon Tofield TOTALLY captures the cat M.O. I think there are 60-some videos on that channel, all hilarious. My oldest, Remy, likes to paw my face and nibble my nose when I'm trying to snooze. I don't think he's ever hit me with a bat, though. teehee.

Bedtime gratitude.... I didn't pick up a drink today. I was able to relax only because I was snowed in all day. Happy to fall asleep nicely tonight.

I am grateful:
That I am about to head to bed sober
For a close family
That I have a belly full of gumbo and a warm bed on an icy night
That forSR and the support I have found here
That Spring is around the corner
