Bedtime Gratitude ~ Part 52
Grateful for the new strategies I used to navigate my way through the day.
Grateful for tea and a hug with J.
So grateful for the huge kindness and love my ex showed me last night when I was feeling bad.
Grateful that I spent money on a massage rather than booze.
So grateful that my close friend was happy and positive after so long being miserable, and that he bought me dinner, and that he laughed, AND that he actually encouraged me to quit drinking!
Grateful for being welcomed back to SR today.
I'll shut up now and go to bed. zzzzzzz

Grateful for being more aware of my feelings throughout the day and resting when I needed to.
Grateful for a good meditation session.
Grateful that I'm not out right now drinking, and worse.
Grateful that I earned some money.
Grateful that I'm safe and warm indoors.

Grateful - to read everyone's posts here. The motivation to start work nice and early and get my work done efficiently. Abundant salad to harvest today. Mangos. Being willing to try new things. Positive interactions today. Making new friends. Seeing my 12 step friends out while I was working today. A meeting tomorrow. Herbal teas. My higher power. Staying sober. Daily Reflections- today it talked about how we as individuals are not responsible for our recovery. Interesting conversations. Time to decompress this afternoon. Honoring my body for rest and doing what I need to do for self care. Work is going so well and new opportunities are opening up.
Thanks for reading, it's amazing thinking how mucho have to be grateful for in my life is now that I am sober.
