Gratitude
Good for you Andy! You sound very positive. Be gentle with yourself, recovery is a process.
We have good days and difficult ones but the final outcome is inner peace.
Keep moving forward, you'll never regret it.

This morning I grateful that it's Saturday- it's no different from any other day, but I still appreciate it. I'm grateful for coffee! I'm really grateful for the strange and wonderful family I've been blessed with.

I'm grateful that when I went out this morning it felt like a summer morning, at a pinch. I'm grateful that I have a surprisingly optimistic streak :=] I'm grateful for Sunday- it's just another day, but I know it will be a good one.

This morning I'm grateful that it is now Spring, unofficially according to me! I'm grateful for smiles. I'm grateful that I had the flu and I've thrown it off in 24 hours. I'm grateful for this thread. I'm grateful for music that makes things feel right.

This morning I'm grateful for new beginnings. I'm grateful that even though the last few days have been really tough and I have sort of 'relapsed' in terms of my thinking I haven't drunk alcohol. I'm grateful that I'm going to a meeting today. I'm grateful that the sun is just rising. Poetic, huh? :=]

And lovely to hear the sound of your ... um ... typing, Opivotal :=]
This morning, I'm grateful for birds- they're just so nice first thing in the morning. I'm grateful for the mental health resources I've got available, I do feel very lucky in that. I'm grateful for my family. I'm grateful for developing my ability to say 'No.'

This morning I'm (positibly annoying and repetitive) grateful for spring. I went out for a walk at sunrise and it smelt like spring! Woot! I'm grateful for time, I'm very time rich at the moment. I'm grateful for the hard stuff I've been experiencing- I feel like it's shifting me to a better place.

Today I'm grateful this thread is still here, even though I've neglected it for some days. I'm grateful for it being the 2nd day of Spring! I'm grateful to live in a city I actually, really love. I'm grateful that (whether I like it or not!) things do make sense and they do work out positively. I'm grateful for SR and to have this space to express myself.

Today I'm grateful for possibilities; things are never stuck in one place even if they feel like they are. I'm grateful for free stuff to do in my home town. I'm grateful for having enough to eat. I'm grateful for showers!
