Day 5 and ready to be grateful!
Sure I didn't get the best sleep last night and my appetite isn't quite back to normal yet but that's okay. I woke up sober today with no hangover. What a great way to wake up.
I am grateful that I was able to shovel the driveway (what a strange thing, but it's true)
I am grateful that I was sober yesterday when my 18 month old son had an accident. I was able to drive him to the ER and talk to the doctors.
I am grateful that my family loves me and is supporting me.
I am grateful for the air in my lungs.
I am grateful to be alive.
