S.A.D. therapy lights

Ok so the shorter days and minimal sunlight are really starting to get to me. So I went on Amazon and purchased a light therapy box (small one for the desk).

Has anyone tried one of these?

If it works, I'll let you all know!

My psychiatrist strongly recommended the box but I didn't have the money. So I'll be eager to get your feedback.
