Hi,
sorry I haven't been here for a while. I am wondering how people are doing?
I am still a mixed up dude! I think probably less so than when I used to frequent here a lot. I am on lithium now which seems to help. Still get horrid mood swings, anxiety and hallucinations but not to the same degrees as before.
I would love to hear how folk are........I can't remember all names.......nadm, barb, shutter, historyteach, lots more but my memory is shot........and that is without ECT!
