Before my panic attacks came back I was using a supplement that was made up of a lot of Caffeine. When you take it, you aren't suppose to take in any other forms of caffeine (No coffee, tea, soft drinks etc). When taken in the morning, it takes about an hour and then you feel a burst of energy and it stays with you ALL day. It helps curb appetite. I am usually very careful about supplements and their 'claimed' effects, but I trusted the company that produced this supplement...and it worked (Lost 6lbs in my first week...3lbs of it was likely water weight) without changing my diet or exercise regime.

Anyways, I'm not here to promote the supplement, but wondered if Caffeine interacted poorly with Paxil or not. I wasn't given any instructions as far as supplements or food goes, and what I should avoid. I haven't taken any of my supplements except my multi-vit and fish oil.
