The more days I remain sober, the more I find my life bound by both the ability to think cognitively (truth and reason),enhanced by the fact that credibility, both in others, and myself together with all that surrounds me now plays a big part in my life...
I'm quite happy to be guided by the tenet, 'live and let live', but like many things in life, it's a two-way street, and applies both to others and myself....
Perhaps simply because I've long believed the words found on page 275, in the personal story,'The Keys of the Kingdom' in the book,'Alcoholics Anonymous' 4th Ed.....
'A.A. is not a plan for recovery that can be finished and done with. It is a way of life, and the challenge contained in its principles is great enough to keep any human being striving for as long as he lives'......
Which always ensures that I find great joy and personal fulfillment in being a recovering alcoholic....as I hope others do to ....
