I want to stop smoking primos, but I can't seem to put my mind to stop. I always say this is my last day, but when the next day comes,I find myself back at again.somebody plz tell me what should I do

I would suggest you find something intense to do, like join the military or train for the Ironman Triathalon. It is going to take commitment and time. Finding new people and places to be with will help.
