Feeling good
Well, this is day 11 and I'm feeling good/better already.
My eyes are slowly losing their red/yellow tinge and becoming whiter; my face is losing all of its little knots and bumps, and the red also is going. I actually felt good when I woke up this morning, although I still don't sleep well. The old liver, also, is still reminding me of my excesses with the bottle, but it also, is a lot better.
Went shopping and then took the dogs for a long brisk walk. God knows, it can only get better after feeling so sh***y I though I was dying sometimes. If only I can stick it out!!
It is also "National Braai Day" (barbeque day) in South Africa - yes, you're reading right - and I will drink a coke instead of a beer when I do my meat and sausage on the Weber.
