Good morning. It's day 5. Have a phone appt with Merchants Quay addiction services today and going to AA at 1pm.
AV very quiet.
Trying to stop smoking after this pack. It's such a waste of money. I really need to be saving. I'll still vape.
Ate so much yesterday. Kinda tempted to buy pseudoephedrine so I can fast easily but that's not good for me. Will just have to try dieting normally.

A healthy weight loss plan is the way to go! Good choice.

Congrats on getting through ST. I get it completely. In the UK alcohol is sold in normal grocery stores. our only local shop therefore sells booze. I often shop before work instead of after work as you can't buy alcohol here before 10am. It's too dangerous for me to go in after work, especially if I've had a challenging day.
Day 26. Off work now for 10 days wee hee! Bit excited. Jr Ral off on hols tomorrow so dropping him off then I'm off too with my 10 books and suncream. Early start 4am so by the time I get to the hotel I will just want to sleep. never been one for drinking in airport lounges or on flight so that's not an issue. I can do this. I WILL do this and have a sober break. only away a few nights and it's only B & B so none of that AI silliness, people getting pished at 9am and carrying on all day.

Learn from our experiences
Everything we are going through to stay sober is making our lives better, our families lives better, our communities lives better. We are learning from our experiences with abusing alcohol. In my case, I’m leaving from being an active alcoholic for thirty years.

I am happy to report that my coffee tastes like coffee today 🙌🏻
I started introducing my kids to movies and TV my husband and I watched as kids and so far they have pretty much loved everything. My daughter thought the Dukes of Hazzard was ok but my boys loved it. Gilliland Island and the 60s Batman (already old when I was a kid) were a huge hit. Tonight I’m making homemade calzones and we’re watching the Karate Kid. I was sooo in love with Ralph Macchio 😂 My daughter is about 4 years old than I was when it was released I can’t wait to see what she has to say. Probably ewww mom 😝

Ha ha Listae I had Kirk Cameron plastered all over my walls 😂
I need to introduce them to Mork and Mindy. I was pretty young when that was out but I never missed it. My aunt and uncle lived next door to us and I would always go over there and watch it and eat popcorn. They love Robin Williams so I think that one might be a big hit too.
