lying down
lying down
well the AV is pounding away, belittling me for all sorts of reasons
Anxiety and paralysis about workload and getting back into classroom with ambivalent feelings
I do get this paralysis- brain goes blurred, cant think clearly, then cant plan, panic ensues
Just back from nursing home- Mum rallied a little was able to walk but needed to be back in bed for 4.
AV has got me paniced and anxious about everything ive got to do
wants me to go to the pub or rush onto next task
ive come for a quiet lie down and to read sr, got about 30 mins

Hi.
In AA meeting halls there are banners to remind alcoholics of important things to work on.
2 ARE:
Easy Does IT and Keep it Simple are often lifesavers.
It took me awhile to put them in action thinking they would rub off on me, after a lot of years I still need to practice them.
