I have been so down with the the flu like for ten days. And my brothers came by with a sandwich. and they had sackful of others they were going to diliver. Man recovery is a family.

Poolegal, what's great about this site I find most is the total respect for different views and opinions. There a big variety of people with different approaches to staying sober from AA support, to SMART, to AVRT. Hope you find a flavor that works best for you

Funny thing they put it on healthy bread with vegies. This one guy was like in tears, like am I going to die? Well of course but not right now. I have a crew making my grandmas oatmeal raisin cookies for delivery tomorow. And a meeting. I believe service is saving my life. Another thing this guy pulled out his harmonica and played a song I cried. All I could think of was Amazing Grace. I am not a good athiest
