My last court payment .. WOW

Good morning all

Man o' Man I couldnt be happier to make the 9.5 mile round trip walk this month. I am making my last payment for my last and final dui. I have been making this monthly trip for the last 18 months.

Next step will be this year on Nov. 4th probation is over. Its been a wild ride these 21/2 years. But it truly was the best thing that happened to me. It took 4 dui's but , it was the last one that made me wake up and accept my faults. Before it was always the cops , people , places, ect...

Today I walk in head high to the courthouse and be done.. Its almost all done.

Eveyone have a lovely sober day, and smile cause sobriety looks good on you..

That's so great, and I absolutely agree that out of the worst circumstances some of the best silver linings appear....

It did for me, but I couldn't see it at the time...

Dude that's awesome! In Texas a surcharge exists on licenses after getting a dui...I am on year 3 of the 3 year surcharge and the downhill slide is starting to feel good. Thanks for sharing that it is possible, with God's help to pay the money back!
