ONE WEEK CLEAN & FREE FOR ME!!!!!

HIP, HIP, HOORAY!!!! Today marks my 7th day w/out Norco or any pain med at all....I'm living in the moment and loving it! This weekend went great, I did lots of stuff for "me", just enjoying all of the little things that I have "over looked" in the past 2 yrs or so.....I have missed out on a lot! I feel like I have been giving a new pair of eyes, everything is much more beautiful than I remember! I am feeling a lot better physically and mentally and each night I go to bed being thankful for the day I have been given and that I went thru it clean & free, and I am so anxious to wake up the next morning and start it all over again! Thank you all soooooo much for helping me get this far, your words of support have helped more than you know!

Congrats to you...that is AWESOME.

have you started meetings yet? Your attitude is the kind I love to see in a meeting sharing the joy of recovery.

Keep it up and keep helping me stay clean one more day.

Today is Day 12 for me off of Norco, so I can relate. I'm glad you're doing so well.

I seem to alternate moods of happiness and feeling overwhelmed. Yesterday was rough, but today feels better.

And the sun is shining, it's supposed to be 80 degrees, and the pool just opened up for the summer. Yay! After my meeting, I am laying there the rest of the afternoon. That's my kind of meditation.

Congrats on ONE WEEK!!! That is so great. I wish I could borrow a little of your great attitude. You are doing so great for going CT only a week ago. I was really happy day one to be doing it, in pain on day two, a little happy that day three didn't hurt as bad as day two, and then on day four felt sorry for myself. I thought of you out and about so early on. You really have a great attitude. Way to go.

Congrats to you.

Like everyone else, I love the attitude you have. I hope you get to a meeting and share it.

Beyond your wildest dreams. That's what I was told.
