A first!

Let me begin first with the bad news. I picked up the bottle of sky today...and then I took control and put it back down (without drinking any).. Irealized one of my major triggers is my kids bikkering, I hate it so now I just have to figure out a better way to deal with it than the booze.

The better news I got on the wave runner for the time ever completly sober (that's pretty scary huh) and it was great, we went as a family for an evening ride I had the best time.

I am preparing my self for the concert tommorrow I think I am gonna be okay
