Today is day 66 for me and the first day without a patch. The patch was very sucessfull for me just follow directions. Thanks for your support. One problem Daily check in does come on my screen when logged in, so I cant post.

Congratulations! Very good effort
I am 2months 1 day smomber, I used patches, thwe 16 hr ones, for 2 weeks, then kept forgetting to put them on, so have gone patchless since LOL
My cravings have lessened a lot, and my hunger has subsided

I don't understand about the daily check in???
