Well, it has been 24 days without pain pills and alcohol! I never thought the anxiousness was ever going to leave but amazingly, I am starting to calm down. I think them endorphines are starting to kick in now. I thought mabe I killed them off with all the pills, but thank God they are still there. I have been having some good days finally. After a good workout in the morning and some time with my HP, I am looking forward to the day, normally, without a pill! I havn't felt like that in a long time.
You all have been a great help just reading your posts makes me feel so not alone.
Everyone have a great Sober Saturday! I am going to watch my granddaughter play soccor today. JOY

I'm very happy that you are feeling better. Way to go on day 24. That is great and you are definitely on the right track. Keep on walking in the light.
