OFF topic: grandfather is ill

I just got off the phone with my mom. I have a feeling my grandfather will not be with us much longer. He just had to have his leg amputated, not healing well. In fact, before all of this, I just had the feeling that it is not much longer for him. It makes me so sad, but I hate to see him suffer too. His other leg is not doing well and causing him a lot of pain. I hate for him to be in so much pain. I guess being a nurse, I've seen too much pain/suffering. I pray for him and for his wife. I'm sure she is worn out as well. They live in another state.

Meli - sorry to hear this. It's never easy seeing someone you love in pain. Been there. You and your family are in my prayers.

Hugs,

I hope your Grandfather will get through this and regain as much health as possible.

It's very sad when a loved family member is sick.

Prayers for you and your family hon...

My father had a long term illness and was kept at home, I know how trying it can be and just plan hard.
