I am so scared and frustrated at myself. In my right nostril, I have deteriorated the bone/cartilage. I tried to use my finger to feel in there, but that piece is gone from my nose. I tried to quit before I suffered serious nose damage but I think I may have to have surgery now. I am so scared of this discovery. I am so sad now that I found out I had major nose damage.

that'll happen. Please stop using, let it heal a bit and get into a doctor. Things like that rarely heal themselves.

I know the feeling.. how long have you used? I've only been a daily-sometimes hourly user for the past six months. I did stop for almost a week-three months into this binge-and thats when my nose started to hurt. not looking forward to it,but it is the only way... I can't tell if I'm in the same spot as you or not yet..? I usually pack my nose full of neosporin before I go to sleep-usually only up there for an hour before I have to wake up for work, but I think it helps?
