Congratulations on your 3 years clean. it does give me hope that i one day can make it to that point. meth was a big part of my life and it still is because it has made me the person i am today

yesh...i kno...i had a friend who celebrated her sobriety with a large line of meth...that is just TOO MUCH!! that stuff will kill you,for real.that is why i come in here..i doubt anyone wants to hear about my sobriety...but on the other hand...maybe someone will take it to heart...when i quit meth,i was able to buy a pre owned, very sweet 323is bmw....because i didn't spend all my cash on that crap.

yesh...this is quite common...i went to my family doctor...he said the fatigue will prolly be the worst part...i stayed tired....i slept, alot and relaxed at home as much as possible...you need to eat well, exercise and stay commited to your very important decision...but above all....sleep every chance you get, even little catnaps will help...i began feeling myself about 6 months....it's sooooooooooo worth it to get that crap out of your system.love and luck to you, congrats, you have made a very significant decision that will improve your life, promise.i don't know you but i love you anyways for making a tough decision...hang in there my friend...you are on your way.
