hello, I'd like to introduce myself
my name is lubochka. I'm not sure I am in the right place, but I am co-dependent. I am working to overcome this...have just come out of a five year relationship with a bipolar man with substance abuse problems.
I think starting to think about my own well-being and needs probably broke up the relationship. We just broke up yesterday, so its very fresh. I am hoping that this board may shed some light for me on my situation.
