I just had an epiphany...!
I spent most of today on the phone talking to several of my supposedly "Normal" friends, and I realized something...
They are crazier than I am! They just don't know it because they never took the time to put some thought into the psychological issues that drive their own behaviour!
Maybe the only people who are normal are the ones who are aware of their own thought processes!
What a refreshing thought!
People like us could be the normal ones, and the rest of the world is crazy.

I'll make you feel better.
Do you ever sit around and try to solve the mystery of time and space? My theory is that the future is the same as the past. The only difference is that we can see the past, but we can't see the future. And I also think that all of it is happening at the same time. I think that in another dimension, spiritual beings can look at the whole thing. Like a roll of film. We can only see a frame at a time. I think that sometimes the time phases get a little out of shift and we get a glimpse of something that some people think are ghosts when really it is people in a different time phase. Same space, different phase.Of course their are exceptions to that rule. I do think that there is a spiritual world that can jump in and out of our time and space.
Does that make you feel better?

Love your post and MG's reply. Maybe we could add a new board called "normal people not in Recovery"...the thought is very chilling But what great reading..
"I had a good day today..nothing happened"
"Hi Ward...Wally and the Beaver will be home soon. Don't fret yourself honey, dinner is almost ready. You know I hate it when you fret..it makes me sweat and damages my pearls"
"Looking for Jim-Bob daddy? He's feeling a little anxiety today so went fishing with Grandpa" "NO?" "They're at the Baldwin sisters drinking "the recipe"?" "Oh daddy, I think we're on the wrong board here..."
Love you Ex

It does me good to joke about the net.
A good bite of Bit-O-Therapy bar.
Durring my senior year of high school, one of my friends on Hatteras Island in N.Carolina lost his life to one.
He was out tending nets by himself and was dragged overboard.
I can crack jokes now, but it took a long time to get to where I could even think about a net without crying.
Laughing with you guys helps a LOT.
Thanks again!
