Advice on helping with cat withdrawal

Hi, Im a recovering H and crack addict(6 yrs) and I councel at a local rehab. We're getting in a lot of people trying to get off Cat(Methcathinone) and the withdrawals are worse than anything I've ever seen. Is there anything we can
do to ease them through it? they go completely psychotic, and we're desperate to find a way to handle them for the first few days.
HELP

I have only one idea! I do know that many rehabs are now offering accupressure or accupuncture treatments for addicts who would like them. And they tell me personally that it is helping. There are ways to speed up and slow down detoxes.

Also it helped me with cigarettes, and we could smell alcohol coming out of my system 9 years after my last drink.
