I don't know much, but, I know you have to be set on the default skin on the bottom of your User Control Panel. (top of the post, on the left hand side, you'll see it.)
Then, you also have to be on the Java chat thingy... Mods, come and help me here!
Hope you can get on...I'm really a techno-idiot!
But, I keep trying till I get it right!
