The dire dozen-
1. Want more for others than i want for myself...the peace i seek
2. Think from the end. Act "as if"
3. Be an appreciator-look for the valuable.
Appreciate: in value
Depreciate: take my value
4. Stay in rapport with the "source"
5. Understand resistance
but...
I can't....
6.Contemplate myself
7. Understand
8. Practice radical humility
9. Be in a constant stae of gratitude
10. Don't resolve a problem by condemning it
11. Play the match game...filled with intention
12. Meditate
happiness is something i decide before i get there.

What an amazing list Wendy. Thanks. I love the Mirror ..., I looked at myself yesterday in my really small mirror and liked what I saw, so I went out and bought a much bigger mirror and hung it in the Lounge and am enjoying getting to know the person I see in there, he smiles a lot and seems ok to me
