This is my first friday and I am going crazy...............do not know what to do

Try to pre-occupy your mind with other things... take in a movie... go have a milkshake or a coffee in a nice place where you can read or people watch.
Go for a walk, run or a bike ride.
It is so imposrtant to start working on changing those old habits and creating some new one's.

I read someone else post on here that said the craving to drink will go away whether you drink or not - so, just hang in there and it will pass
