1 yr off the smoking!! :@
I made 1 yr no smoking on 1.6.05!
I want to thank all you that have helped me along the way. I felt better this year at the new year party than I did last year.
Really feel like dancing!!
Accepting my friends smoking and not making it hard on them and not pushing them to quit. That helped me to stop this time.
I am grateful that I haven't went back to smoking, it adds to my sobriety, now I gotta look at my diet (ouch) I luv junk food even more now. oww and ice cream, chocolate, chips.
Didn't gain to much pds though, normal i guess.
saved some $$$ , spent it on compulsive shopping, I have other things to work on now, I'm glad that God gave me the courage and strength to stayed stopped of the drugs, alcohol and now cigs.
