hi…
just chiming in to read some posts for a bit…been going to AA meetings on zoom daily for months now…have a sponsor, a therapist, a psychiatrist, a doctor, a cardiologist, and people i can call 24/7, since i don’t sleep well.

some days are still a struggle but most days are good as long as i finally sleep.
