I feel so sick I'm coughing up a lung, I had a thee day vaping relapse. I'm done this Is making me so sick, I just hope I haven't done major damage. I am weazing badly and can't stop coughing. I only vaped for 8 months. I know I'm done, and I'm scared. I need to find a way to live life on life's terms. in other words reality, which sucks right now. the reality is also vaping,or doing any other substance isn't helping, and only creates more pain. I can and will quit and from here on out I will never touch another vape. I'm going make sure I throw all my nicotine supplies out. this relapse started with nicotine gum I found that I was unaware was still in my house. I'm calling my doctor because I feel so sick and am really scared. I can't believe I did this to myself again. I wasn't even smoking when I started vaping the idea just popped in my head and off I went. insane
