well I thought vaping would make feel better, but just made me feel worse. I keep thinking I need something to make feel okay. using substances always makes things worse. I need to work on myself to feel better. the quick fixes don't work. I feel so terrible my chest burns and I'm weazing today. I had gone almost two weeks without it,when I gave in yesterday. I forgot how sick it makes me.
