A new member of the forum and a grateful Al-anon member here
Hi all,
I'm a grateful member of al-anon and 12 step work. I was wondering if others want to share any changes or wins they have had using the alanon program. I personally find using steps 1-3, the serenity prayer and a God/prayer box when things annoy me in the moment have assisted me in serenity and letting go of things I cannot change. What about you?
