Day 4 - blowing my old life away ..

Today was sooo windy, rainy .. with a hail storm thrown in for good measure. Now it’s calm and I’m visualising it as if Mother Nature has taken my old, toxic, self-destructive life away with her. It’s a good feeling !

I love the visualization! That’s a great way to think about it. So much to toxicity leaving your body and life.

Yes. One of my favorite quotes in early sobriety from some guy I can't even remember was, "No Day is so bad that alcohol can't make it worse."
